We are encouraging all participants to share 3 Things for Thunder Bay and challenge others to follow your lead.

3 Ways to inspire others to Take the Pledge:

  1. Announce on your social platforms and send a direct message to your social network contacts: I’ve just taken the 3 Things for Thunder Bay pledge and committed myself to performing 3 good deeds or acts of service in 2023. I’m challenging YOU to take the Pledge. Visit empowerthenorth.ca and help build a better Thunder Bay for all! #3ThingsforTbay
  2. Share social posts from Empower the North: Visit the following links and share with your social network
  3. Send a personal email to friends, family, co-workers: You may already have provided email addresses when you registered your Pledge, but a personal email from you will be all the more powerful. Suggested wording below:

I’ve just taken the 3 Things for Thunder Bay pledge and committed myself to performing 3 good deeds or acts of service this year to help make Thunder Bay a better community to live, work and raise a family.

I am challenging YOU to take the Pledge. What 3 Things can you do for your city, your neighbourhood, the street you live on. They can be large or small. Volunteer, donate, advocate for those in need.

Visit empowerthenorth.ca and take the 3 Things Pledge. Join the thousands of community members who are committed helping make our city the best it can be.

PS – You could win a $1,000 donation to a local charity of your choice just for signing up!

Thank you for making a difference and being the change in our community.
