Ingenuity, Lakehead University’s first student business incubator space, offers numerous benefits for professionals looking to advance their careers with The Essential Skills for Leadership and Self-Management course.
The four-week online course, starting on April 16, 2024, will help professionals develop crucial competencies of leadership, self-management, and soft skill development. Led by an experienced instructor and industry professionals, participants will learn practical tools and strategies for effective communication, emotional intelligence and regulation, adaptability, self-awareness, time management, and more.
