Stone Circle Pottery’s Christmas Ornament Workshop


My Christmas Ornament Pottery Workshop has been such a hit the last few years. This year, we’ll be making four fabulous ornaments:

  • Morris the Jolly Moose
  • Birds of a Feather House (fan favourite from last year and highly requested)
  • Sassie Cat
  • Poppy the Penguin

This Pottery Experience is aimed at people of all skill levels. Even if you’ve never touched clay in your life, I will show you, in specific detail, step by step, how to make these spectacularly cute and delightfully intricate ornaments. I’ll professionally finish these ornaments for you including firing and glazing, and have them ready for you to pick-up after about two weeks. That means they’ll be ready for your Christmas tree, decorating around the house, or giving as fabulous Christmas gifts!

Time: 1pm-4:30pm (we can go as late as 5pm if you need more time!)

The Fox on the Run Latte Bar is Back, Too!

You’ll also be treated to a latte courtesy of Noël and the Fox on the Run’s Latte Bar along with a slice of the best chocolate cake that you have ever tasted! (First latte is included with your registration, but seconds are available for sale.) Coffee and tea are also available.

What to Bring:

  • Clothes and shoes you don’t mind getting dirty
  • Scissors
  • A small sharp knife
  • A small towel
  • Apron (optional)
  • Any texturing material you would like (there are provided texturing materials)
  • Your natural creative spirit!

So grab some friends and family or come and meet some new folks and enjoy this fabulous pottery experience. Plus, you get four fabulous, professionally finished, Christmas ornaments at the end of it!

With a focus on learning and growing your expertise, whether For-Profit or NFP, this forum will provide advice, ideas, and strategies as well as offer opportunities to share your own experience. The program is designed to take you through the necessary steps to identify your market, validate your idea and gain an understanding of what it takes to receive funding. The program consists of weekly training, customer interaction, peer-to-peer learning, and experienced mentors to help you along the way. Leverage our knowledge and our key insights to better prepare yourself to become a successful entrepreneur. We will provide an overview of resources to help you understand the roles and responsibilities of workplace parties, how to stay in compliance with legislation, how to manage hazards, and where to go for help. Also we’ll review how joining the WSIB’s Health and Safety Excellence program can help with financial rebates to offset costs of implementing new health and safety topics in the workplace, and demonstrate how to calculate a potential ‘double’ annual rebate.
