Sharing Circle: Central Library Proposal

The Central Library – Your Library. Reimagined.

Imagine the possibilities with us! The Thunder Bay Public Library is planning to add a Central Library branch that will support our neighbourhood branches and expand the capacity of our Library system.

This Sharing Circle will open with a welcoming ceremony from a local community Elder, followed by a presentation from Library CEO Richard Togman about our plans. After his presentation, members of the group will have the opportunity to ask questions and share their thoughts on the design concept and business case for the project.
