The Elleiance Network
Hi, my name is Erin Sisko, and I am an entrepreneur. My business “is business” and everything I do helps me to understand the inner workings of business better so I can live a great life and support as many entrepreneurs as possible, creating really strong businesses.
One of the ways I live out my passion is through a company I founded called The Elleiance Network. The Elleiance Network is built on connection and supports women entrepreneurs to build the business of their dreams through connecting them to the right people and resources. We accomplish our mission through offering small group business masterminds, networking events, workshops and a private online community. Everything we do is curated through helping people connect.
When we heard about the Tampon Tuesday initiative that the United Way of Thunder Bay delivers, there was no question, we knew we had to do what we could to help. As an organization that supports women and connects them to the resources they need to thrive, this was in complete alignment.
Although the work of Elleiance is targeting women in business, we are a community of women supporting women. Our motto is ‘you always give if you have something to give’ and in this case, we want to help be a part of a solution to a challenge that all women face. Menstruation is something every single woman and girl deals with for approximately 35 years of her life. It is a basic human right and no women should have to face a lack of proper and healthy supplies in this area.
